We have a fair and transparent refund policy. This policy is not intended to bring difficulties to patients; rather it’s based on fairness and equity in order to help us serve you better based on our years of professional experience.
Once billed, refund cannot be done.
If a patient bills and samples not collected or provided or not turned up for scan, which means the service is totally not utilized, then the patient can utilise any service available with us for the equivalent billed amount for them or for their family within 90 days from the date of billing.
If sample is collected from the patient or scanning done and asked to report for a follow up/ review and if patient doesn’t report for follow up review, then no refund or alternate service can be provided as they have already utilized the service either partially or fully.
In the event of any technical issue in Lab sample collection from our side, or scan could not be done because of equipment issues, then the amount will be refunded 100% or can be utilized for any other service with us.
